Submission Guidelines

Submit articles and advertisements by the deadline dates and in the correct format.

All contributions are subject to approval and editing.

Reprints must include the complete source information and author.

Submissions and ad copy should be emailed to Newsletter Editor.

Images should be a minimum of 300 dpi and in tif, gif, or pdf format.

Printed images will be in Black and white, while images on the email and website versions are in full color.

Feel free to submit both black/white and color versions of your images.

Articles should be submitted in 12 point Times New Roman font, with left justification, and single spaced.
